Nondiscrimination Policy

At Envoi Associates, we uphold a non-discrimination policy and treatment philosophy throughout our organization. We do not discriminate against any individual seeking to become a foster parent based on their race, color, religion, sex, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability status, or national origin. Our decisions regarding the enrollment, placement, or dismissal of a child or youth with a disability or chronic condition adhere to the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. When making placements, we always take into account a child or youth's cultural, ethnic, or racial background, as well as other individual characteristics, and the foster parent's ability to meet the specific needs of that child or youth.
