Colorado Youth Services

Colorado flag in heart shape

Envoi Associates' Colorado Therapeutic Foster Care Program is a Licensed Child Placement Agency (CPA) with the Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS). Our program is dedicated to expanding the availability of proficient treatment and therapeutic foster parents in its service areas. We prioritize the well-being and security of children and youth entrusted to our certified foster care homes, emphasizing the significance of nurturing strong, lasting connections between caregivers and the children they support. Our foster care program delivers comprehensive training and assistance to both prospective and existing treatment and therapeutic foster parents, focusing on trauma-informed care, fostering healthy relationships with children and youth, child and adolescent development, navigating resources and services for youngsters with complex needs, and understanding the intricate intersection of developmental and intellectual disabilities with adverse childhood experiences in children and youth under our care. With a highly experienced and knowledgeable staff and leadership team proficient in working with diverse populations, we are committed to providing interdisciplinary and collaborative training and support to families to better comprehend the unique needs of children and youth with developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses.
