We rigorously recruit, screen, and train residential providers and direct support staff, adhering to the strict policies and procedures established by DCS and Envoi Associates.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against mistreatment, abuse, neglect, and exploitation. Any such conduct is not tolerated.
