Providers at Envoi Associates are more than just caregivers; they are agents of positive change dedicated to transforming lives. We seek individuals with compassionate hearts, patience, energy, and a genuine willingness to listen—a commitment marked by selflessness and a drive to make a difference. In return, providers receive robust support, including tax-free daily rates, room and board, company-sponsored training, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

We believe in the transformative power of community integration and actively recruit individuals who share our commitment to fostering an inclusive environment. By cultivating partnerships with local organizations, we facilitate meaningful community engagement and enhance the quality of life for our clients.

Our commitment to safety and the well-being of the adults we serve is paramount:

  • We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against mistreatment, abuse, neglect, and exploitation. Any such conduct is not tolerated.

  • We are dedicated to upholding an environment where our providers and staff can provide the best care possible to the adults in our care, without hindrance.

At Envoi Associates, we are dedicated to providing the highest level of care and support for the adults we serve, with a strong emphasis on their well-being, safety, and nurturing family environments.

Nondiscrimination Policy

At Envoi Associates, we uphold a non-discrimination policy and treatment philosophy throughout our organization. We do not discriminate against any individual seeking to become a foster parent based on their race, color, religion, sex, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability status, or national origin. Our decisions regarding the enrollment, placement, or dismissal of a child or youth with a disability or chronic condition adhere to the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. When making placements, we always take into account an individual's cultural, ethnic, or racial background, as well as other individual characteristics, and the residential provider's ability to meet the specific needs of that individual.
